SCL-2XL

Designed to deliver high output, the SCL-2XL is a custom in-wall loudspeaker perfectly suited for use as an LCR behind an acoustically transparent projection screen or as surrounds in larger systems. It features JBL’s patented D2815 dual 1.5-inch (38mm) compression driver mated to a large format High-Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn. Quadruple 8-inch (200mm) Advanced Aluminum Matrix cone cast-frame woofers operate in a 2.5-way network configuration allowing for installation vertically or horizontally without lobing or other acoustic issues found in traditional designs. The integrated MDF enclosure is designed for installation in standard 2x6 wood frame construction, and internal connections allow for bi-wiring or bi-amplification in advanced installations. The SCL-2XL delivers unparalleled performance in a wide variety of applications and is ideal for use in medium, large, and extra-large rooms.
