AV NIRVANA: CEDIA 2025 Awards: Spotlight Award: JBL Synthesis Sound Room

The AV NIRVANA Spotlight Awards honor exceptional demo rooms and experiences, and at CEDIA Expo 2025 JBL Synthesis Sound Room was a winner. JBL's Synthesis demo room housed within a joint Samsung and HARMAN Luxury Audio exhibit space was one of two favorite "traditional" theater experiences at CEDIA 2025. Configured as a full 11.4.8 cinema anchored by an SDP-80 immersive processor and SMA Series amps, this room was glorious, causing me to exit the experience smiling ear to ear. The evenness and control of the presentation were phenomenal, with dynamics that hit with authority and precision.
