SCL-4XL

The SCL-4XL is a custom in-wall loudspeaker perfectly suited for use as an LCR in medium to large sized rooms behind an acoustically transparent projection screen. Its 110° on-axis horizontal coverage makes it an ideal surround channel for larger rooms that require coverage for multiple rows of seats. It features JBL’s patented 2415-INV1.5-inch (38mm) compression driver mated to a High-Definition Imaging (HDI™) horn. Dual 8-inch (200mm) Advanced Aluminum Matrix cone cast-frame woofers operate in a 2-way network configuration allowing for installation vertically or horizontally without lobing or other acoustic issues found in traditional designs. The integrated MDF enclosure is designed for installation in standard 2x4-inch wood frame construction, and internal connections allow for bi-wiring or bi-amplification in advanced installations. The SCL-4XL delivers extraordinary performance in a wide variety of applications and is ideal for use in medium, large, and extra-large rooms.
